Upon arrival, Guests will be explained the type of activities carried out in our premises. Vats of different designs will be shown and the basic elements of organic cultivation of our olives will be described.
This will be followed by a mini-course, taught by a professional taster, to learn how to recognize an artisanal extra virgin olive oil of higher quality than the commercial products found mainly in large-scale distribution.
All the beneficial properties that High Quality oils have on our health will also be described. Guided comparison of 3 oils of different qualities.
At the end they will be offered a bruschetta so they can enjoy our oil with classic Tuscan bread, cup with boiled Tuscan chickpeas, bruschetta with local tomatoes to be "watered" always with our EVO oil.
The experience lasts from about an hour and a half to two hours, depending on the number of participants and their interest in learning more about the topics covered.
